THREE SEASONS ON A FOOD TRUCK MAKES ONE STRONG

(Guest blog written by Hadley Britt, Mainely Burgers crew member.) This past August marked the closing of my third summer on the Mainely Burgers team. I had started as one of two girls my first summer, I was 16, the youngest employee by two years, terrified, and anyone who knows me will tell you, oddly quiet. […]

Our kind of christening ceremony, burgers with neighbors

There is more than one way to open a business and we chose an old fashioned approach, a ribbon cutting. Last Thursday we welcomed some of our Cambridge business neighbors, local leaders and friends & family to Mainely Burgers for food, cheer and to officially open our doors. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been joined by Central Square Cultural District Executive Director Robin Lapidus, Vice Mayor Marc C. McGovern and Councilor Leland Cheung (and family!). Your warm welcomes to Mass Ave and Central Square mean a lot to us. Also to our family and friends from MA, NH, ME and beyond — thank you for joining us and raising your glasses with us.   […]
