Our first brick-and-mortar location

Mainely Burgers started rolling in May 2012 with a single food truck at Scarborough Beach State Park and has since grown to three trucks serving fresh burgers and hand-cut fries during summers in Maine. Our Maine journey continues and a new chapter begins with our first brick-and-mortar location in Cambridge’s Central Square. We are super stoked to share our Maine roots and recipes with you. Come introduce yourselves!

We serve a variety of burgers ranging from classic to creative. Take a bite of “The Mainah,” topped with Cheddar, smoked bacon, sautéed onions, thinly sliced green apple and our truck-inspired, now housemade, Maine maple mayo. It’s a sweet twist on the classic cheeseburger. It is a great lineup. You select the protein: beef, chicken or veggie, then choose one of our burgers or build your own. It’s the way burgers should be. View our menu!

Food runs in the family

The “food gene” runs deep in our family with relatives who founded and grew two amazing food companies starting in 1906 and 1955. That’s 171 years, if you’re counting. Family, in the literal and figurative sense, and food play a big role in doing what we do. Our family looks out for each other and makes sure the food gene is alive and well with Mainely Burgers.
